4. 1-on-1 Sessions (What “when needed” means)

Each Participant may book one (1) 1-on-1 session during the course at no additional cost:

4.2 Additional sessions (optional, extra cost)
Additional 1-on-1 sessions may be booked for an extra fee, subject to availability:

4.3 What “when needed” means in practice
“When needed” means: if you feel stuck, emotionally overloaded by the practices, confused about material, or want help structuring your practice, you can request a 1-on-1. The Facilitator may also suggest a 1-on-1 if it seems helpful for integration or safety. 1-on-1 sessions are supportive and educational in nature and are not therapy.

5. Missed Sessions and Materials

5.1 Attendance
Participants are encouraged to attend live sessions. However, life happens.

5.2 Recordings
To protect privacy and encourage openness, the Facilitator does not provide audio/video recordings of group sessions. Participants may not record, screen-capture, or redistribute sessions or materials without written consent from the Facilitator (see § 7).

5.3 Notes
If you miss a session, you will have access to the written session notes and any assigned practices/readings. Notes are typically shared within 72 hours after the session (often sooner).

6. Health, Mental Health, and Safety Boundaries

6.1 Not medical or psychological care
The Course is for educational and spiritual exploration. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support. Participants remain responsible for their own physical and mental health decisions.

6.2 Participant responsibility and suitability
The Participant affirms they are currently able to participate in a group learning environment. If you have a history of severe mental health episodes (including mania, psychosis, or severe dissociation), or you are currently in an unstable period, it may not be appropriate to participate without clinical support. If suitability is uncertain, the Facilitator may request confirmation from a licensed professional that participation is appropriate.

6.3 Safeguards during the course
The Facilitator may recommend grounding adjustments (e.g., reducing practice intensity, focusing on basics, taking a break) if a participant appears destabilized. The Facilitator may also pause or end a participant’s involvement if continuing seems likely to be harmful to the participant or the group.

6.4 Crisis and escalation policy
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, mania/psychosis symptoms, or feel unable to stay safe:

If the Facilitator becomes aware of an immediate risk of serious harm and has sufficient information to act, the Facilitator may contact emergency services. Otherwise, the Facilitator’s primary response will be to encourage appropriate professional support.

7. Confidentiality, Recording, and Group Conduct

7.1 Confidentiality
Personal sharing within the group is confidential. Participants agree not to share other participants’ personal stories, identities, chat messages, or private details outside the group without explicit permission. This does not restrict anyone from sharing their own experience in general terms.

7.2 Recording and redistribution
Participants may not record, screen-capture, transcribe, or redistribute any portion of sessions, group chat content, or materials without written consent from the Facilitator. This includes sharing materials with non-participants.

7.3 Respectful conduct
Participants must maintain respect, goodwill, and non-harassment. Disruptive, abusive, coercive, or harmful behavior is not permitted. The Facilitator may remove a participant to protect the group (see § 8.4).

8. Refunds, Removal, and Cancellation

8.1 Participant-initiated refund
A full refund is available up to 14 days before the first group session. After that point, refunds are generally not provided.

8.2 After the course begins
Once the first group session has taken place, the course is considered started and refunds are not provided, except as described in § 8.4 (safety-based removal).

8.3 Missed sessions
Missed sessions are not refundable. Notes are provided per § 5.3.

8.4 Removal for safety or conduct
The Facilitator may pause or remove a participant if participation appears harmful to the participant or the group, or if the participant violates § 7. If removal is primarily for participant safety (not misconduct), the Facilitator will issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused sessions. If removal is due to misconduct under § 7.3, a refund may be denied.

9. Liability and Assumption of Risk

9.1 Assumption of risk
Participant acknowledges that spiritual/energetic practices can affect emotions, beliefs, and subjective experience. Participant agrees to engage at their own pace, take breaks as needed, and seek professional support when appropriate.

9.2 No guarantees
The Facilitator makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, health improvements, emotional states, creative results, or life changes.

9.3 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Facilitator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Facilitator’s total liability for any claim related to the Course will not exceed the amount the Participant paid for the Course (900 USD).

10. Intellectual Property

All written, audio, and visual materials created by the Facilitator remain the property of Mattis Erngren. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only during and after the Course. Redistribution is not permitted without written consent.
